At Meltiq, we want you to feel confident when trying our sleep strips. If there is an issue with your order, or if you are not satisfied after trying the product, we are here to help.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order of Meltiq Sleep Strips.

If you have tried the product and are not satisfied after using no more than 7 strips, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund under our money-back guarantee, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer and applies only to the first purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to return a product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please contact our customer support team before sending any return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • A clear photograph of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • A photograph of the packaging, if relevant

After reviewing your claim, we will notify you whether your replacement or refund has been approved.

If approved, we may offer either:

  • A replacement shipped at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

If a replacement is approved, we will make reasonable efforts to ship the replacement within 3 business days.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If the loss is confirmed and the issue is deemed to be outside of the customer’s control, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If a customer provides an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address, we are not responsible for the failed delivery. If the package is returned to our fulfillment facility, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

Shipments that go unclaimed, are refused, or cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons may be returned to our fulfillment facility.

In such cases, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. We are unable to guarantee a refund, replacement, or reshipment for packages that are refused, abandoned, destroyed by the carrier, or not collected by the customer.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped.

If the product has already been prepared by our fulfillment team, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Buyer’s Remorse

Outside of our 30-day money-back guarantee, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

Because Meltiq Sleep Strips are consumable dietary supplements, we do not accept returns of opened or used products unless covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee or unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund appears.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team.

Buyer’s Remorse

Outside of our 30-day money-back guarantee, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

Because Meltiq Sleep Strips are consumable dietary supplements, we do not accept returns of opened or used products unless covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee or unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If a return is approved for an unopened product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
